1. Introduction 1.1. The promoter of this competition is Champion Power Equipment Europe, a trading name under BPE Holdings Ltd, whose registered office is at Unit 17-18, Bradley Hall Trading Estate, Bradley Lane, Standish, Wigan, WN6 0XQ. 1.2. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility 2.1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of BPE Holdings Ltd and their close relatives, or anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition. 2.2. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

3. How to Enter 3.1. To enter the competition, participants must sign up for the Champion Power Equipment Europe newsletter via the competition pop-up banner on ChampionPowerEquipment.eu website.

4. Prize 4.1. The prize is Champion Generator Cover of your choice and a bottle of Champion PowerX 10W30 Oil only. 4.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection and Notification 5.1. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. 5.2. The draw will take place within 7 days after the competition closes at 23:59 on 2024-10-31. 5.3. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during the sign-up process within 7 days of the draw. 5.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, BPE Holdings Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

6. Publicity 6.1. By entering this competition, you consent to the use of your name and any associated publicity for promotional purposes, including social media, press releases, and on the Champion Power Equipment Europe website.

7. Data Protection 7.1. Any personal data relating to the entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 7.2. By entering the competition, you agree to the collection, retention, and usage of your personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and receiving marketing communications from Champion Power Equipment Europe.

8. General 8.1. BPE Holdings Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. 8.2. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 8.3. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
